YARD WORK

Last Friday, the girls and I headed out to Lowe's to buy some plants for our new and improved beds in the front. The house had red mulch, lots of weeds and not a great border. So we hired someone to come out and do all of this so that our beds could be ready for spring. Not like me to pay for someone to come out and work in my yard,but truly Dave doesn't have the time and I'm 32 weeks pregnant. It would not get done and just get worse and really bother me that the yard looks the way it does. I know...I'm a little obsessive when it comes to the yard. But anyway, we had a fun time picking out plants and received lots of recommendations for plants here in Indiana. When we got home, the obsessive compulsive me took out my gloves and shovel and started planting away much to the judgement of others. My joke to Dave and the neighbors: "I may go into labor tonight, but my yard is done!!" Here are some pics....
