Kate's Pre-K class held their first fieldtrip tagging monarch butterflies. Very fun and so educational...I enjoyed it as much as the little ones! The instructor discussed the life of the butterflies and then all of us went out into the nature preserve to catch and tag our own butterfly. We didn't have the best of luck...those butterflies certainly were fast! But the instructor found several so the kiddos tagged the butterflies and then let them go. Great fieldtrip:)

No, we don't have another child...that's Kate's schoolmate's sister in the picture with us. So glad to have great friends!
