Elf on the Shelf

Meet JACK, our Elf on the Shelf! He arrived from the North Pole a few weeks ago on our front step. Molly was definitely somewhat unsure of this magical elf arriving from the North Pole. She insisted we call Grammy to see if she sent this package. I assured her Grammy had nothing to do with it!! HA:) So...JACK flew back to the North Pole and landed in a new spot. When Molly woke up the next morning and discovered Jack, she looked at me and said,"He really is magical!" It was so precious and priceless. The girls look for Jack every morning(which means Mommy must remember to move Jack. One night I forgot and while waking up in the middle of the night, I remembered. Ran downstairs at 4 in the morning to move Jack!) Jack's mission is to stay at our house to make sure we are being "nice and not naughty" and he flies back at night and reports to Santa. Such a fun tradition...just wish they were a little more concerned about Jack's potential to report all behaviors to Santa...LOL!
